Returning Items

If you wish to return an item or your entire order please email Danny@simplyhouseholdsupplies.com to obtain a return number,

We accept returns up to 30 days from original purchase,

All goods returned must be in new and unused, resaleable condition and in original packaging with original tags attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return,

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, please allow 2-5 working days for your refund to appear back onto your credit card, depending on your credit card company, we will inform you by email when your return has been processed.
