You have the right to cancel within fourteen days of placing your order with us, or fourteen days from receipt of goods (whichever is greater) if you cancel your order you will have your full payment returned, if you cancel your order after receipt of the goods then you would have to return the goods at your own cost or the cost of return will be taken from your payment.

All goods returned must be in new and unused, resaleable condition and in original packaging with original tags attached.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of yuor item, we will process your return, please allow 2-5 working days for your refund to appear back onto your credit card, depending on your credit card company, we will inform you by email when your return has been processed.
